With a background as a Quality Assurance Manager for a national cleaning franchise, he brings deep expertise in training, inspections, and maintaining consistent service standards.

Overseeing all aspects of operations—from hiring and staffing to customer communication and field oversight—Stacy ensures that each client receives personalized, attentive service and that every team member is set up for success. His commitment to integrity and consistency has shaped the company’s reputation for excellence.

LaTisha S. – Co-Owner/Managing Technical Director

LaTisha is a PMI® certified Project Management Professional with with 25+ years of experience overseeing large, complex programs, managing cross-functional teams, and building scalable processes. She has an extensive background in cost controls, budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and financial reporting, with a strong record of improving operational efficiency and service quality.

She is skilled in developing playbooks, implementing metrics and ensuring compliance and adept at collaborating with clients, managing multi-site teams, resolving escalations, and ensuring services meet both performance and financial targets.
